To make carob powder yourself you should soak carob pods to make them soft then cut them in a half to take out all seeds, because they are very solid and can break knives of your grinder, then dry carob pods under the sun or in degedrator and after that you can grind them into powder in the grinder….its too long and not easy process to make it at home. So I trust and use carob powder from the market Thank you for your interesting question 🌷
