Pretty good stuff, I just realized that Mario updated his favorite way to tackle ED and it's crazy! Although what he previously talked about was pretty decent, it was difficult to follow, I just go'ogled the latest in Mario's Thunderous Erections, it's so much simpler and potent now!

Read Alan Carr's easy way to quit smoking. I didnt even get halfway and I was done. Not a typical gross out picture of smoker lungs or guilt trip crap like think of your family. Mindset change. We treat it like a miracle. Im happy, smoke. Im mad, smoke. I need to relax, smoke. I need to wake up, smoke. This is fun, smoke. Im bored, smoke. Helped my wife too. No relapse. On the side, I just thought when I have that urge, embrace that horrible feeling, love it, it is weakness/addiction leaving your body.

I prefer lunesta but it is nice to not wake up with a hangover if I get less than 8 hours. Belsomra with 25mg of trazadone works like a charm. Took about 6 days for it to really take effect on me.

Awesome, thanks for keeping it simple, having glowing and young skin is just one of the bonus side effects after getting rid of shingles. Doesn't matter what you decide to go with, this or go'ogle Kaena Ramingler's 3-day alternative, I can’t remember when I felt this clean and lucid.

Propranalol has given me my life back. My HR would be up at around 100 bpm at night from like 7pm till midnight. From PTSD. Your anxiety thoughts are STILL THERE but the physical symptoms are drastically reduced (around 60-65 instead of 95-110) so it stops the spiral. Amazing drug

Very well explained. Wow. As someone with ptsd this is interesting …Nothing has seemed to work. The fight or flight and adrenaline sounds about right. I was a fire fighter for 13 years …. I’m willing to try about anything. I used to have to take about 4mg of clonazapam just to get on a plane. ✈️. I’m skeptical this can work for me. Nothing really has ever really worked other than some kind of Benzodiazopine. So we shall see I guess 🙏

How do you find out how much radiation you’re likely to get and whether they’re using an old machine or not so you can go to the machine with the least radiation? I tried contacting the radiology department and they weren’t helpful. They just said it’ll say on the CD after they do it and wanted to know “who are you?”. 😂

I started a medical job and my anxiety was so severe and the job was extremely toxic. I ended up having panic attacks so often I lost 30lbs in 2 months. Could not sleep eat or enjoy life no peace. Went through therapy, and given Celexa and the anxiety broke through the antidepressant. Ended up in emergency room. Was told that it was breakthrough anxiety. Propranolol is the only thing that gave me a normal life back. I just dont understand why I was not offered thos instead of celexa. This was way more effective for my anxiety then an antidepressant.

I’ve tried trazadone many years ago I took 12.5mg, so 1/4 of a 50mg pill. It worked very well for me very quickly. Took it for two months and then quit because it fixed my sleeping problems for a couple of years. I’ve previously entered another panic/ severe anxiety episode and was prescribed doxepin to give it a try, took one last night and it seemed to quiet my brain so I was able to focus on falling asleep. Last week someone gave me an ambien to try and it KNOCKED me out within 25 mins of taking it. But for personal reasons I don’t want to be prescribed ambien.

I had 2 abdominal CT scans within a few weeks from each other. I was seriously sick with gallstones back then but didn't know the dangers of radiation from CT scans. And my doctor who should have known better, ordered me to get a 2nd CT scan after I had recently gotten one at the hospital. What's worse is that neither CT scan was able to detect the gallstones. What detected my gallstones was a single abdominal ultrasound in Mexico (yes, I had to go to another country just to get an actual diagnosis). And now (years after my abdominal CT scans), I have another doctor that has ordered a head CT scan for me since I have symptoms of a brain tumor. And apparently from what I've heard, MRI's are better at detecting brain tumors (and also with less risks) than CT scans. Well I'm not going to get that CT scan done, I'm going to ask my doctor to change it to an MRI. *Note: My doctor had already known I had gotten 2 CT scans in the past few years.

I am 79 and have been taking metformin since I was 45 for type 2 diabetes. I take 2000mgs daily and have no negative side effects. However, if longevity is also a side effect maybe that is why I am now 5 years older than the next oldest member of my immediate family lived to be. I have no reason to stop taking metformin, no kidney problems and even my B-12 level, which I had checked, was in the middle of the normal range. I do now take a B-12 supplement because it's not going to hurt anything..... Metformin works for me, and it's free with my insurance........

Cancer is a game of probability. It is all or none rule. Either you will have it or not. It's nothing like little bit Cancer. Try to understand the science. Radiation increase the chance. After then it is absolutely impossible to say if that increased chance result in bad outcome or not. Best thing is to avoid CT as much as you can but don't lose your sleep anticipating the game of probability. There is high chance your body will be able to repair the DNA damage if any.
