Typical of the Hall to wait until all the members of the band were dead to FINALLY induct them after six tries. Fuck you R&R Hall of Fame

They were so far ahead of the punk movement, yet they were in every punks record collection at the time. they were overlooked for such a long time , maybe now they well get even more respect.

They never got to live long enough to see this moment. Shame on the hall of fame. They need to focus on mass inductions of the 60s and 70s bands. These folks are dying out or there are so old and unhealthy, they cannot perform adequately.

To bad they are all gone now, but I am sure they watched in spirit! Don't think they would miss!

This is pretty awesome! I can definanately hear the Wayne Kramer, Fred Sonic Smith influence. With a lil Johnny Thunders thrown in for good measure. Cheers!

Marianne fiathfull wrote the lyrics. When she released her version as a BSide to the song Something Better. Her version was taken off the shelfs after 500 copies had been issued becuase of the drug reference in the title. The rolling stones took her removed her credit because they did not want her manager at the time to get her royalties. However she still got them under the table and notes in her autobiography that she was able to live of the royalties for a few years.
