We have same issue we told ourself start playing a couple unopened ones a week bttf back in time and dragon wood were in that mix absolutely fantastic games looking forward to seeing what other gems are waiting for us

I dont want to have more than 120 but it seem that likely to fail. I need to start playing 4/5(unplayed or played once) games before I purchase another 1. Also tring to limit crowdfunding to just 2 this year.

During your example of moving off the -10, are you moving the pieces the wrong way (clockwise) instead of moving counterclockwise towards the finish?

New to Gloomhaven. Recently read about it. Haven’t gotten the game. Yet? Was looking for a newer video in hopes of getting responses to inquiries. Is this game like Pandemic Legacy in that you play the game once and modify the board and cards as you play. Or like a standard game and you can play it over and over with different card selections? It is kind of like Pandemic Legacy. You can play it however, but if you play it like a campaign you unlock stuff as you go. Here is Campaign example: Say you follow some bandit to his camp. Then you enter the camp and kill everybody. Then at the end you unlock 2 more scenarios to add to your map aka Board Game. So you locate the stickers and place them where they go. Then you can NEVER go back to the scenario you just beat. So now you unlock ANOTHER camp he ran off to or some Witch you can go see in town. You don't know what to do! Do you go see this witch and hope she helps you or will she curse you for the next scenario. Well say you go see her and she tells you about a special elixir she can craft if you bring her 5 rat tails and 20 bat wings. Then she unlocks another map. So then you would go to that map, then return to that witch, she crafts you an elixir. Now you have a new permanent item in your inventory forever, unless you sell it at a store later. So now you go to the next bandit camp and try and beat him. It is very good and very detailed. OR you can just play any map you want and like level up whatever character you wanna play, kinda like skyrim without a story. We love it here! Hope that helps some! =)

Very nice ,Im going to be picking up a copy of this game for christmas break. I will be painting my miniatures. Best advise for a first time painter is if your going to paint make sure you have plenty of time ,dont rush ,and keep it simple. You can always build up on more detail as you get better. Start with base coating simple colors to add some color to your minis then build on it later. You can check out some of my stuff on insta and facebook.

Pretty good explanation. However, you cannot "use" the chopstix card on the same turn you place it down. You have to wait for your next turn to activate its ability. When your next turn comes, you choose a card from your hand like everyone else does, and put it face down. Then you if you want to use the Chopstix card, you say "Sushi go!" and you TRADE a second card from your hand for the Chopstix card on the table. This keeps everything in balance as you pass the hand to your left.

you read out all the cards, but I found the gameplay more interesting and that was confusing for me.
