Hello Stew from Lebanon. Just to clear the confusion, the word Hummus in arabic means chickpeas. What you in the west know as Hummus is actually Chickpeas + Tahini. In Lebanon it's called Hummus biTahini.

It's a marvel of stone carving technology ofancient time in india and I am sure our human history is wrong about stonage people. This temple also proves that India was an ancient spiritual nation with high tech knowledge about architecture and stone cutting technology along with high level of mathematical and engineering knowledge to build in harmony with nature and ecosystem. The ancient builders of India was known as vishwakarma community guided by lord vishwakarma. Om namah shivaay❤🎉

Those seed looking things are called Bičių duonelė (translated as bee bread) it's a natural product made by honeybees. It consists of fermented pollen that bees collect, mix with their saliva, nectar, and honey, and store in honeycomb cells. The fermentation process is facilitated by microorganisms, creating a highly nutritious and bioavailable substance. Bee bread is valued for its health benefits, as it is rich in vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and enzymes. It is often used to boost immunity, improve digestion, and increase energy levels. In Lithuania and other Baltic countries, bičių duonelė is considered a traditional health supplement.

Good vlog...but please...try not to assume that everyone you meet speaks English. You should ask, first, if they speak English. Going up to someone in a foreign country and saying "Excuse me, where's platform 12?" is not only rude but shows contempt for the native people.
@BigDome1Күн бұрын
It might not be the ideal way to interact, but it definitely doesn't show contempt. You don't need to be overly dramatic just to make a point.
@povilzem15 сағат бұрын
The honey grandma was communicating in broken German and Russian, yet the transaction happened without a hitch. She even managed to successfully shill the bee pollen. Do not underestimate the native population. You don't need to ask people "do you speak English". You just need to speak politely in English. If we understand you, we reply; if we don't, we send you nx. The only polite thing one might add is an apologetic expression as you say "excuse me".

@Moliugas89Күн бұрын
Those prices are very high. I usually pay €10 for 1L of honey, whereas Stew paid €4.50 for just 200ml. Do you realize this isn't UK, and the cost of living is different here?

I am from Egypt and I want to tell you that our lives as Egyptians are much worse than this in a way you would not expect. You do not know anything about Egypt. You as Americans live a very luxurious life and when you come to Egypt you only see the good things. The children, from the age of 10, go everywhere on their own to schools, to buy household items and everything. Our lives are really difficult. Even the schools, you would not expect what they look like and what happens in them. People do not go to schools. Usually they go to private lessons and you would not expect what they look like even in these. 🥲😂🇪🇬🇪🇬

At the time people didn't even realise they lived on a planet, let alone aligning 3 huge monuments to true north, and to define the size of our planet in the dimensions of the great pyramid is an incredibly clever thing to do.
@IsaSole-d4s8 күн бұрын
So friendly it felt effortless to watch. Egypt is great. But, the one thing I've noticed about Egypt is the bad treatment to those who are less off than some in society. For example if you are a caretaker, you are shouted at, and degraded by the residents should they feel like it. That's because class very much matters in the Egyptian society. Caretakers and those who are less off in society are human beings and therefore they deserve a nice thank you, just as much as those who are better off in society. Many Egyptians are missing the point, you treat others well not necessarily because they deserve a good treatment, but because you are a good person. Great video. I shall subscribe.
