One of their best, can take a lot of lessons from the road, drinking, people, but waiting around for answers, what a choice man. Always love seeeing Bayliss shine in those moments of humanity, one of the best. We all got choices, but is it the right one? What a question

Thank you, Brendan, Jake, Joel, Ryan, Kris and Andy. Writing ‘Keefer’ for Chris’ funeral service was a wonderful gift and it made his service special. ‘August-Keefer-August’ is the perfect mashup for me to remember Chris and your kindness. Thank you so much and much love to you all.

I am unaware of this significance...Chris, Keefer. Can someone explain?
@susankeefer59813 ай бұрын
@@jwh475ezc Chris Keefer was my husband and we were friends of UM. Chris produced an album for them that was sold for charity. It was called ‘Umphrey’s McGee Cover It.’ Chris passed away suddenly of a heart attack in 2009. Umphrey’s wrote a song and recorded it for Chris’ funeral service called ‘Keefer’. They have been great friends.

Is there a reason why we couldn’t get a clear shot of that bass line?

I love the facial expression from them in this video when it pans between the rooms. Everyone just looks like their happy in their own world.

Remarkably emotional and evocative for its simplicity. Many of my favorite instrumentals are. Sounds like the end of a great vacation or even just a terrific day trip out of town, taking the long way home on a golden 2-lane highway. Thanks for posting this rendition. Miss the harmonica finish though 😊🤷♂️

I always loved the simplicity of this song…I play it often on my guitar. I don’t think that Martin is suiting the song well though that he’s playing. He’d be better off with a Gibson J45 or even a Taylor, in my opinion.

Reading comments and I have to say I'm glad jam bands aren't mainstream. I get to see Umphrees, Moe, Disco Biscuits, etc.. for 3 1\2-4 hours for $40 in the front row

It boggles my mind how these guys stay on the same page as they transition through all these long pieces. Jake says they do screw up but I'll be damned if I can hear any faux pas. Damn they are good...

Catching me all in the feels all the time. This band ... I don’t even know what to say. My first UM experience was live in 2005 and the first song I remember hearing is anchor drops. It was over then. umphreak for life. Y’all are the best fucking ever!

I could tell you all about what's next if I could make it clear Or to complicate the text what would you hear then I'd tell you about my cause cause you know about my flaws Tell you I've no reason why I'll tell you about my head but you know what instead I'll tell you when your answer comes in time. I was taken I was left in doubt but did not see All out in tune and so without I could not breathe then chorus It's All In Time, It's All In Time I was taken I was left in doubt did not know All out in tune and so without or where to go then chorus It's All In Time, It's All In Time Well I'm well endowed with all the doubt I need. And I can see that when your eyes look down on me. My blood it boils with passions overflowing. And I can see that when your eyes look down.

Seeing Chris Myers play with Umphrey's is a drummers orgasm. But seeing Chris play with Joe Marcinek was like a multiple orgasm! This dude is the real deal. Go see him any chance you get with who ever he is playing with! Especially Umphrey's McGee.
