I saw a poster for the album release for "You Are Not the Ocean You Are the Patient" somewhere downtown in Vancouver... Listened to the album... And opened the door and my eyes to so much awesome heavy music coming out of this town. ❤

I really enjoyed this performance. I was watching a demo video on a bass pedal (One Control Red Crimson) and was led here to hear the pedal in a live setting and wasn't expecting this. By the way the pedal in question sounds great in action. I was on the fence about buying said pedal until I heard this. Impressive bass playing, cool sax textures and melodic inroads to the outside - the whole group sounds really good.
