My Guide has taught me a lesson : "O Faqeer! Become nothing in the love of Allah. After crossing all stages of Nothingness again and again. From your current state of nothingness, don't consider that you have become successful in achieving the final stage of Nothingness. . Lose yourself more, beyond this current state of Fana (Nothingness) If you consider that you have lost yourself and you have achieved nothingness, then be sure that you are far from nothingness. I fact your ego is trappin you by instilling a sense of pride and success in you that you have become successful in achieving something. The insider enemy (Nafs) has robed you by making you consider that you are something. By injecting a sense of pride, superiority and success, Your Nafs has put acid into your milk. You milk is spilt now. But you still have time Come to the door of your Righteous Guide. And heal your inner self O Faqeer Be like a berry tree Let the People climb on you and shake you. Let them throw, bricks, stones and shoes at you. But you react by rewarding them by dropping your fruit to them. O Fakir! By being awake all the night in worship Never think that you have become successful in winning the Friendship of Allah O brother! The villager's dogs too remain awake all the night to guard his cattle and assets. . They remain awake to receive just a piece of bread, but you have received millions of Favours from your Rabb. Have the Dogs not won the competition of sincere service and you lost the competition to dogs? Shame on you. O Fakir! You remain awake at night So that people may call you a Shaykh The farmer's dogs also remain awake all the night. Are they not better than you? They eat a piece of bread from their master and during the day they sleep at dust. Are they not better than you? They never leave the gate of their master Even he beats them a hundred times. Are they not better than you? Get up O Fakir and make your Beloved Master happy with you. . Otherwise dogs have won from you. Are not they better than you? O Fakir! Die before you die Make it now your duty The one who dies prior to his worldly death becomes immortal. The servant is called a servant only if he serves His Lord properly. Without serving his Master, the servant is a cheater. . Teach your Nafs that everything is mortal except Allah and this Dunya is nothing but an illusion of carnal senses. O Faqir! Your body is a filthy pack of urine and feces. You carry this filthy body wrapped in clean & colorful dress. After wearing expensive dress, You sit in people with pride and arrogance. But if the filth inside your body comes out of your body while you are in public, then people will beat you with sticks and stones. O Faqir! Why have you forgotten your real worth as a pack of urine and feces. All this buttering, flattering and praise by the public is fake, unreal and illusionary
