How the fuck is this so underrated? This is some of the cleanest metal I’ve seen. Not even beating the shit out of the drums, just effortlessly having some clean ass technique while doing blast beats… incredible

My guess is the cymbals would drown out the sound of the bass drum, he probably done a take hitting everything as he normally would and the kick was nonexistent in the playback

I’m using the same velocities and stick heights, so everything is relatively similar dynamically. If I were to beat the hell out of my cymbals, you wouldn’t be able to hear literally anything else!
