Oh my goodness! You remind me so much of my mother❤ I've made this recipe several times over the past 25 years, except I add a load of cheese and some bread crumbs. It really is delicious ❤ I hope that all is well with your husband now. Sending much love and prayers

I hope your husband recovery is speedy. im praying for your entire family. I make a casserole similar to this, I use vegetable broth instead of water It adds flavor and doesn't dilute the sauce.

The "inc." is so interesting! Most businesses now are corporations but never mention it and certainly arent' the small-fam-business kind like this. I wonder if getting incorporated helped them and how, and why they keep the inc. in the name :)) ps CAn't wait to make tang pie.
