Hello Dean, yes of course. This auto stir-fryer cooks basically anything that is in slices, cubes etc...ie smaller pieces. One of our clients uses our machine to cook Black-Pepper Sauce Chicken : first saute chopped onions and garlic, add then chicken cubes to cook till brown, then add sauce followed by thickener. All done in 1 machine in a matter of minutes.
