You have to send this product to nearest service centre. If you take extended warranty they will pick product from your door free of cost. 1 year warranty will be there by default, you need to pay transmission charges

If you don't have theme option in menu,you have to install some launcher for changing front screen.

No heat issues. Performance is good. It need 5V 3A DC can not connect to USB directly, camera is having a USB mini Port, wiring hardness is available to connect directly to 12V output

Qubo pro is also a good product at that price. It is also having same USB mini Port. Lens is not as wide as this dashcam. Video quality is also bit low. Video of qubo is coming in a month.

I bought a Lancaster android system and it does not look like the one you show in this video. I do not see a theme app and UI looks different. I bought 4GB RAM with 64 GB storage model. Can you help me identify the genuinity of the product?

Lancaster have different models, with QLED display, with different UI, you can check hardware details using an application like z-cpu for getting correct specification of the system. Also try to connect with customer service number in warranty card for genuinenity of the product.
