I remember my therapist telling me, “Even when you wear new clothes, you still didn’t bathe yourself.” And I legit sobbed for an hour on how neglecting myself or over-pushing myself can be a form of self hate. I’m trying to find a balance between resting when I need to and creating goals (short and long term) and not overthinking about them. This is a very brilliant video ❤❤❤

Hey! I used to believe in angel numbers, I was even a self proclaimed witch and believed in manifestation until I developed really debilitating OCD from it, that caused me to end up almost committing suicide twice, I was extremely paranoid, I began hearing voices, my loved ones began having dreams about them and I dying, and it was a terrible time. I remember one of the biggest things people said in terms of manifestation was to not think bad thoughts or else they would manifest, and that's all I would think about. I ended up just searching on the internet and looking for other people who were struggling with the fear of manifesting bad thoughts, and it led me to Christ. I grew up Christian, and like yourself didn't really like going to church, I still don't go to a church but I have a relationship with Jesus Christ. I think the notion of having someone to be your savior is really freeing. Because I had the experience of trying to be my own savior and I realized how unequipped I was for it, The fact that Jesus came down to earth and suffered for us, lived with us, dined with us, cried for us, that's really beautiful to me. And he saved me from death, from dying, paranoia, debilitating OCD, all of that. That's just my perspective on the whole matter. I think learning God is a live long process, even 5 years into my journey with Christ I'm still unlearning and learning things and it hasn't been easy, but I am extremely grateful. Sorry for this mouthful

I think u might agree with this. I too struggle with becoming better but i feel i am getting there slowly. And this time we are gonna get there. U too sis. I look up to you now. 2025 fs gon be lit. ✨️🤙

Change is about being uncomfortable, so I think the overwhelming feeling is us being uncomfortable from our normal homeostasis! We are capable of change and will change for the betterment of ourselves!

Men should understand that confidence is partly accepting and loving who you are, but also partly improving who you are, loving that process, and conducting yourself correctly. It takes achieving success, building competence to find success, and the effort to become competent. As a rule, men are less motivated by how they are and more motivated by what they do and how they do it. And most importantly, it’s important to understand that confidence is something of a pipe dream. People are insecure by nature. You will never fully overcome that. Being confident properly then is accepting that and overcoming it rather than eliminating it.

Awesome advice, mine does have a personality and I know I wouldn't be bored in a blank room with him talking for 15 min, an hour. But you are so right about us women having a scarcity mindset when it comes to men and I have found myself feeling like that with him when some things dont click but I'm also scared of losing him because realistically he is great and checks so many of my boxes, I'm still scared that I'm settling for an emotionally immature man who I know does want me but his priorities are a mess. You honestly shed light on my situation and I'm grateful for that, now I have a loooot of thinking to do jajajaj. Thank you beautiful 💜
