Just curious, have you ever worked with Liberty fabrics? I purchased the Alices wonderland sampler quilt book. They use Liberty fabrics. Im thinking I'm just going to pull from my stash and purchase other floral type fabrics. That would be a good sew along as well.😊
@Backallie5 күн бұрын
I have some liberty fabrics in my stash not what I go for generally. Not sure if it is typically to busy of patterns for me just not sure why I don't use their fabric lines more.. Oh I think that one would be fun. Great suggestion! I may purchase it and do a sew along!

how many bags have you made? What kind of bags do you love to make? I had to get a teflon foot for my machine so some of my vinyl would move through my sewing machine. Otherwise it just would get stuck.
@mariawest30179 күн бұрын
@@Backallie yes, I need to get one. I just made a lunch bag for my oldest granddaughter using a byAnnie pattern (grab some grub 2.0). That vinyl gave me fits. I've also made the "Tiffy" bag by Tiffany's quilting life. I've made "OLD Gertie" by Sally Giblin. Thats one of my favorites. Im wanting to make a small bag, just big enough for my phone, keys and wallet. I stopped carrying a purse.

@Backallie15 күн бұрын
I think it would be fairly easy to do that. Once last panel (backing) goes on you could find center on the wallet side to side and add a strap connector then create a strap be it leather, webbing or just cotton!
