We indeed ended up having a bad experience with them but our bad experience was with the company not the house because we never moved in to find out if there would be problems with the house. (Although I’m sure we would have had problems with the house eventually) The Ryan Homes management were unethical and it’s why we canceled our contract. Basically they wanted things done their way or the highway. Sorry for the vague explanation 😊

@@DoseofDiana oh ohkay thank you for responding, yeah they offered they own lender but I got my own already also inspector. I know they try to hire their own people but no I rather someone work for me respectfully 😂

@@QueJayy yup that’s one thing they wanted us to go with their preferred in-house lender and we didn’t agree to that because we wanted to do a VA loan, they didn’t like that and gave us such a hard time.

It was Ryan Homes we signed a contract with but because of their lack of professionalism in many areas we ended up terminating the contract shortly after this video. We bought a new build through another builder in the area and are very happy in our new home 😀

@@DoseofDiana May I ask the name of the builder you chose? I googled it and searched on KZbin. Ryan Home's reviews aren't good..

We went with Phil Coger Investments… good builders! I wish we knew beforehand about RH reputation but it all worked out for us. I have newer videos posted on our new home 😊

We ended up canceling our contract due to various reasons … maybe I can do a video on that? It was very stressful but we prayed and we got blessed with a house being built at the same time and we love it 😊

I’m not sure why they can’t do a reversal if you have Tricare 😧 I dont know if their policy has changed but I was told they couldn’t do it by one doctor and another doctor (my gynecologist) said they would. Talk to different doctors to see if there's any chance ... Praying for a positive outcome for you! 🫶
