It’s my game of the year winner, but I love Zelda so I’m a little biased. The only other competition I think there is currently is Astro bot, which has had outstanding reviews by everyone. I have heard Black Myth Wukong being thrown out there, but it scored only an 82 on metacritic so I doubt it stands much of a chance. I don’t know the specifications for remakes being nominated, but wasn’t there a resident evil remake that got nominated last year? If so Final Fantasy could potentially be a candidate.

Mine suprisingly has zero drift since i bought it (v1 around 2017). My only pair, never use gamepad, 1 - 3 hours almost everyday, worn out casing, still no drift. But L and R double clicking😢

Nintendo makes it extremely difficult to own multiple Switches by limiting the digital purchases to a single device only, unlike the industry standard, which is to tie the purchase to customer's account and allow downloads to multiple devices with the same account.
