Have you ever thought about making a list with all the options you have? The realistic, but also the absurd ones? And then write down what could go wrong if you don‘t change anything and what good things can arise from a change. Staying in the actual situation is often less scary, because it is at least something you know. But the happyness and personal growth can only start where the change begins!

I am trying to live more in the present. It’s quite difficult at the moment because I feel like I’m grieving. And this grief feels so heavy. And I have a demanding job, so the two combined kind of means that I’m constantly exhausted and depressed. I’ve spoken to therapists, I have seen doctors. I’m trying to take care of my physical self to preserve my mental self. But it’s taking time. I wish none of it happened. I really do.

great vid💗💗"one day at a time" is something I used to say to myself a lot last year. went through some pretty tough times back then. it's a good shift in mindset, to slow down and focus on the present, and to try and enjoy the little things that happen in that timeframe. I think a swedish candy vid would be really cool. but yeah only do that if you're comfortable with it. your food security is definitely paramount. also, if you have a paypal or venmo or something I wouldn't mind donating at all 😊but only if you're comfortable with that. hope you have a great day 🌅

Thank you so much for the kind words and reassurance, it means a lot. I’m really getting by on “one day at a time,” and I know you’re right: this will pass and I should enjoy the present. Thank you for the offer, but I am fortunately not at that point. The thought alone is so kind, and it’s so nice to know other people care in this world. 🥰

Thanks, I really appreciate that. And yeah, I’m trying my best to find a place that will accommodate Caleb, we’re so bonded and he’s kind of all I have here in terms of family. One day at a time. ☺️

I‘m sorry to hear how bad you feel. Probably there is not much I can say in a KZbin comment from the other side of an ocean, that comforts you in any way. At least I can say: your cat deserves you to be there. YOU deserve to be there, as hard as it may be right now. I think you are very relatable, although I wish nobody would have to feel like that. I wish you anything that can help you out of this dark place in your thoughts. One step at a time and you will make it! Lots of love for you!

So when this was recorded, I was taking a medication that had the side effect of tardive dyskinesia. I don’t take that medication anymore, but I still have some remnants of it. Comments like these remind me of it and frankly make me sad.

You have to take care of the little scared child inside that didn't get what she needed from her parents. Someone always has it worse than you, that doesn't take away from the atruggles you're going through. Maybe try taking a magnesium supplement to curb your anxiety. I hope the move is a positive thing for you!!!

nice vid 💗💗that food looks great. best of luck to you if you decide to live in your car. I hope your boyfriend's family continues to be generous and help. I remember seeing this one doctor/nurse that lives in his van, and he has his car parked in the hospital garage. and that's where he'll make his meals and stuff. and then he'll go to a gym to take showers, get groceries at a grocery store, get gas, etc. honestly, it's really disheartening to see this become the reality for many people, especially in our generation. stagnant wages combined with personal loans and debt from college leading to situations like that. and of course just getting a job in general can be annoying in stressful. I really hope things change for the better for you and your family 🫂

My cat is the same lol beautiful girl who has been through rough abuse I love her to pieces as we both used to live in situations liek that now we have each other to help and we'd tear the world to shreds to hold each other each morning as I love her so much ❤❤

I love that, and I'm so happy for you both. 😊 Me and Caleb have been through rough times together, and I'm so grateful I had him by my side during some of my darkest moments. Cats are lovely companions.
