Coming from badminton looking at this footwork makes me angry. Look at doubles badminton footwork you can take alot of things from that and implement it

Interesting sport. Reminds me of elements of racquetball when playing balls off the wall...pickleball when serving underhanded and tennis...and perhaps some platform tennis...alot of those elements I see in this sport...I am in the USA/Georgia...I have seen videos of it...popular in CA....not sure about the east coast of the USA though. I am too old to take up something like Padel...My background comes from 35+ years of tennis..Because of injuries, I have to play pickleball. No more tennis....:(

For beginners, yes. However, when you start to get the hang of it, the complexity increases and a whole new perspective opens up. That's what I like so much about the sport; there is a very low barrier to entry, but you can go as high as you like, and there's always something new to learn.

It is a tray because when making the gesture of the vivora the paddle goes behind the head and when executing it it goes much stronger than a normal tray

I'm a tennis player. Yeah paddle is fun. But it is too easy to play. I think it's for just killing time. Or having fun with friends. But I don't buy it. It's like for old babies game.

@@johensen nah.. I play advance in tennis, And played with good players at paddle. But instead of whooping my ass. I beat the shit out of the lolz. Paddle is just players can't exceed to tennis level. So they enjoyed the baby game 😂

I mean, tennis will always be number 1 no matter what, but it's a fun game and not as demanding, so it's good fun for those who don't want to commit too much, that's not necessarily a bad thing, you can like both for what they are

@@catcath56 I play advanced tennis too and you will get crushed by good padel players, so no you did not play against good padel players at the equivalent of your tennis level. Upside of coming from tennis is that you can skip all the early padel levels, but once you start playing at a real level you get crushed until you learn padel tactics and technique.

I recommend that the ball hit the side wall first and then the back wall. If you are able to also give yourself side spin it is a devastating blow because the spin is contrary to the position of the walls

This game that similar to tenis quite suitable for all ages especially for children and women , we need speed and agility to play this game but no need use so many power and stamina like tenis itself.

Power and stamina? I mean, from everything about tennis those are on of the least atributes needed compared to most other sports. Tennis is just much much more technical than nearly all sports and much more technical than padel.

I'm kinda confused here. The side fence is literally on the side lines of the court, so does that mean the player can't get around the ball if the angle of the shot requires them to?? (if the fence was in the way)

You can still hit the ball after it bounces of the fence. It is just more unpredictable. Just remember that the ball always has to bounce on the floor first.

The *bandeja* is an upper blow that is made at shoulder height. Slower than víbora The *víbora* is a dry blow with effect that is made at the height of the hip. The Bandeja is a blow without power or effect. However, the Víbora is a side spin shot that we use to finish the point with a winner.

@@Darkdiamondmonkey the bandeja have back spin usually. Vibora is side spin and u can push it more cause is more an offensive shot. Bandeja is defensive. U just hitted a bandeja in the clip. The contac point doesent matter both are hitted At head/shlulder Level
