They hoed us imo and I’ll give my reasons why I say that: they took away the things he needed to compete at the same rate as all the t8 mashers. Despite what everyone wants to say, this game is all about mashing and not respecting frames. MFs be popping heat at round start and non stop rushing you. The df3,4 armor was a great tool to get those psycho players to back the hell off. Now it’s unsafe and launch punishable like you said. Flappy kicks sucks now. Can be side stepped out of even on hit. They took away our tracking jabs so we out here getting stepped and launched. D4,4 no longer jails and is unsafe. D3,4 is his main thing right? Your main thing shouldn’t be THAT punishable imo when you got characters out here who can do much more ridiculous low highs like Acuzena, Asuka, Jun etc. Considering what all these other characters still have, I think the nerfs made no sense.

So many cheap moves...ducking D3 4 was already a risky move now they made completely useless if you have 50% life but now you can't really risk it cause its even easier to punish...one duck and punish and you're dead....bruh so unfair...he is fine to play but i can't play him in tournament nowwww....cause of this nerf And they punish that D3 4 consistently

I 100% agree with you. You got players like Nina, and King and you wanna worry about a character that’s not even top tier? I’m legit mad. I signed up to go to Evo and my plan was to go in with Hwo. After the patches my confidence dropped.

There were some moments during ur d3 4, jin would duck pretty often, countering u badly, I think it would've been good if u mixed in a few RFS df4 for overheads to punish his ducking

I've mained HWO since Tekken 3. Use more punches and good movement. That is key. Also don't mash moves out of flamingo stance without thinking 😅

You can overextend in some rounds it will make most enemies panic, but you really need to have a gameplan, not a predictable flowchart. d4,4 roundstart is not bad, you can try it once or twice but not always. b4 seems good on paper but idk when i use it they block it 90% of the time. Wish it was a bit faster.
