@ I appreciate it. Here's all the info I have; Theres a few people on the subreddits advocating for these boxes and whatnot. I see some people say they refreshed these tins a couple times in 21-23 but what if those people don't know that THEY got a resealed tin? People claim TPC themselves repackaged these tins but I find that hard to believe when the only listing on Pokemon center is sold out and still shows Evolving skies and chilling reign in the tin. I've seen people buy discounted ETBS (prolly like the 38$ shrouded fable one they have listed) and they were open or missing items other than cards. The problem is if a seller isn't listed, that means TARGET THEMSELVES are selling the item(according to Google). Those umbreon Vaporeon tins have no listed seller. So what happened there? I think something weird happened with target specifically when they stopped selling cards for a little bit and that they have a bunch of back stock from third party companies that they couldn't get refunded or send back to the third party; so is now being sold by target. Idk there's alot of options here, either target somehow owns all that product now and is getting rid of it, or they are still working with these third party companies. Either way, I think someone in the community needs to do one big video on Walgreens and target and any other resealed product from the third party companies like Fairfield (Excell) and TJ holdings and stuff. One cohesive video that explains the nature of these products and why all third party products are an inherent risk, highlighting the fact that these third parties are making an effort to confuse the buyer into thinking they are buying an official Pokemon product(sticker placement on the plastic wrap covering the year the tin was released for example) I might end up doing it myself I just don't have the money to waste and I know Walgreens and target wont take the product back even if it's un-opened. If your investigation comes to more conclusive findings or you want to make a video on the topic lmk. Im a rapper but this issue pissed me off and I'll switch focus for a week just to make that video and spread the word if I have to.

From what I can currently find they are the suppliers for most major retailers. But these same companies definitely repack product, buy third party unverified product, and resell it at smaller stores like Walgreens or Target (and Walmart online but never IN store in Walmart). Idk the whole thing is fishy af and probablt requires some tax form deep diving to see who exactly owns who and how many companies are responsible for stocking Pokemon cards.
