Washing machine, speed oven and dishwasher and after 6 attempts I have nothing to show for the hours wasted. Very, very, dissappointed.

I have used my new tr-flex2 Pro about 3 times and now the roller brush has already stopped spinning on my rugs; it spins on the hardwood floors but no the rugs! any suggestions/. I clean the brush roller every time I vacuum.

Did it on the 99th attempt... or how many times you try over 3 days. Finally fluked it. Having now achieved what felt like the impossible it prob' wasn't worth the effort for what it does. BTW the machine washes well and the matching Tumble Dryer is very good. They should sell it without the WiFi.

We've had 2 of these vacs and BOTH HAVE FAILED. The square drive that rotates the brush roller always strips and this is very bad design fault. If using plastic (as Miele do) it should be much larger to withstand the friction of the brush on carpets. Or, if they still want to use such a small drive dog to spin the brush, it must be made of metal, perhaps aluminum.

2022-01-17. New Miele Dishwasher. The machine works great but the app, well they should just stop offering it. They have made great improvements to the way the app connects over this video but it still is worthless. It found and connected my dishwasher no problem. However, to control it you need to "Activate MobileStart". I have read the instructions both on the app and in the user manual. There is no such setting that I can find. The app says "Activate the MobileStart button". There is no such button. Bottomline, great machine as long as you don't want to use the app. I called support, they were worthless. Call center in India. Told me to use the Miele support site. Yeah, like I hadn't thought of that already.

Helping friends setup their very expensive Miele Twindos machine with the purpose of checking out if I will buy one as well. Not a chance, this is simply the worst setup experience on any device. We never succeeded in connecting the washing machine to the app and after several days of trying we started getting "server unavaillable". Unbelievable. The tumbler of a different make standing right next to the Miele was setup to app and WiFi in less than a minute.

Is the network only 5Ghz, or is it dual band? This, like many smart home systems, needs 2.4GHz to connect. Many appliances fail to connect if they only see 5GHz. See if ensuring you have 2.4GHZ works.

@@hclmed Yes, there is 5 and 2.4 GHz wifi available with separate SSIDs. The other product only supports 2.4.

Miele, come on. Good products but this is old school programming and almost does not work at all. Have used many hours to connect your products with the app. Horrible.

The way the media has influenced people is disgusting. Miele has every right to do business with Russia but the way the public opinion is, it’s completely acceptable to boycott Russia and not other countries which discriminate those of a different kind e.g. Israel. And it’s perfectly okay to still do business with countries that have terrorist organisations. This stop business with Russia is bullshit and is a prime example that society wants to find someone to put the blame on.

Can this feature be turned off? I want to minimize the number of devices spraying me with wifi when I'm at home (the one place I have relatively more control over that).

At the last step it says cant connect the miele to the wifi, but actually it is connected. Just exit the app and go back into the app and there you see it is connected. The app needs to be updated though, this has to be a bug.

I bought a steam covection oven from meile over 4weeks ago and the most vital part was missing so i cant use it meile keep fobbing me off as to when theyll send it or been sent out i would never never buy meile again due to their very poor customer service

Sinds de vernieuwing van het logo en app upgrade werkt deze niet meer zoals het zou moeten. En zo te zien ben ik niet de enige die er problemen mee heeft.Er komt gn hulp of reactie van de ontwikkelaar of Miele zelf. Heel erg ontgoocheld.

I have managed to get the app to work on my iPhone - BUT can find no way to add my wife's iPhone too. Even both signing in on the same account doesn't work. Seriously disappointed with this app. Miele - please dump your current app developer and find one of many software developers who could do a much better job for you!

Miele@home is called Miele@mobile on App stores and this is only the start of tedious instructions for it to finally not work. Don’t bother with Miele WiFi connect since its fragility undermines your confidence in an other wise great appliance - dishwasher, tumble dryers etc are great. So many products connect securely to home networks quickly, stably and intuitively! Check out Sonos as one example. Until you can do this please don’t bother.
