Music is my stabilizer. I sing for myself. It has allowed me to process life. Thoughts that provide clarity and turns those thoughts into healing. I love sad songs for that reason but lately I’ve been playing a lot of happy tunes. I’ve done a lot of healing.

My dad was a mans man…. served 2 tours in Vietnam…. fixed his own cars…. love fishing. and coached baseball. He rarely said he loved you but we knew. He beat cancer and 2 strokes. In 2021 Covid took him. This song makes me feel better. Ill see you again dad.

Yes, I live in Texas and there is a huge population of immigrants, some in the universities and in colleges. It makes me sick knowing this country is so hateful.

Every time i hesr this song it makes me cry with happiness, sorrow, longing, and love. Dad im 16 now and i will miss you forever. You were a good man and im lucky i knew you for thr short time i did.
