@clean-eez Instead of sanded grout caulk, why not use silicone caulk instead? Can be color matched to grout just as sanded, and would give more flex so won’t “crack”? Curious as to what ya think, as well as using color matched silicone for inside of showers etc….on every change of plane, instead of the sanded or unsanded grout caulk. Thx for your thoughts and experience Cheers✌🏻

If you have natural stone then seal the stone and grout. If you have ceramic or porcelain tile you just need to seal the grout. Those tile are fire glazed and sealer will not penetrate them.

Thank you for sharing your advice. My fiberglass tub meets the tile and has a lot of cracks, no mold but lots of cracking, looks like the previous owners used grout. Can I use sanded caulk?
