@@MagicKnivesGaming but it is more solid contruction that the original. i got an almost brand new vfc glock 18c v3, bought a few months ago and only after a few games, that bolt catch nub in the slide is worn out and won't lock back on empty anymore.

@@youneslasfar unfortunately this is something that you’ll have to replace every once in awhile depending on how much you game with it and how much you use the slide release. The V3 slide is “slightly” more durable than the original/previous versions, but if you heavily use the slide release, it will wear out, and unfortunately VFC does not make a steel version of it. The quick fix is to file the edge to allow it to lock back again. However naturally overtime you will have to replace the slide regardless. So order a spare slide when it’s time to replace it 🤷🏻♂️

@@youneslasfar It's held up well, but then again I don't shoot this gun that much, and I try avoid using the slide release as much as possible, and resort to power stroking when I'm not in a rush to reload. I haven't gamed with airsoft in a long time, so if I was heavily gaming, it would probably require a slide change maybe once or twice a year depending. But that's a rough estimate :$

Already fixed the hop up, I'm honestly very basic when it comes to bb weight and use just .20g cuz it's the cheapest and most straightforward, only use heavier weight bbs for guns that can't use .20g whether it's due to fixed hopup or the gun just wasn't made for .20g, guns like the TM Saiga and the KWA Mac 11, both of which I have and use .30g on

You can run an 11.1 lip battery with this, it has a built in mosfet so running an 11.1 will maximize its trigger response

12:50 The CYMA 74 Midcap work really well in mine. I'm using LCT mid and low caps for my E&L 74 too. In my E&L AKM only LCT plastic mid and low caps work.

@@MagicKnivesGaming Oh... my LCT AK-74MN was worse than the E&L AK-74MN... But everyone has different experiences I guess. 😁😂 My E&L AK came already with Mosfet and tuned internals so I guess in that department it was at least as good as any other AEG with all the bells and whistles.

@@2lbsTrigrPull my lct akm didn’t have a mosfet either, even when I installed one, I had to change the motor cuz the stock one kept burning out the mosfet, now it runs super smooth, but E&L out of the box works decent, but I would still upgrade a few things off the bat. LCT has good externals, some internals should be swapped out

Oof, maybe just use a punch pin and a hammer to straighten it as much as possible, otherwise you can try getting another front sight post to replace it :/ 🤷🏻♂️😓

@@MagicKnivesGaming here is what find out so far: i removed cleaning rod and looked front sight post from a bottom and there is no screw hole afther that i removed muzzle break and that is it no screw holes can you sent me a link to a detailed video on where screw are & how to remove front sight post on my e&l akm essential mosfret edition like i said im no tech guy and since my tech guy has no time to fix it im on my own :(

@@ivansucic9149 the front sight post is adjustable, you just need to unscrew it to take it out from the front sight itself. Like take a plier and just unscrew it from the top

It’s an LCT AK railed dust cover. Although I had to modify it by putting a piece of shim underneath and have it stick out slightly at the front so it could fit and lockdown onto the gun. This just made battery installation and removal easier and also allowed me to not have to remove the rear sight which is always a huge pain in the ass to do on an AK

UPDATE: I realized after the tracer unit fell off under recoil, I just had to remove the original O-ring on the muzzle adapter, and I also added some adhesive Velcro tape around the muzzle which allowed the tracer unit to fit super snug. I’ve done the same mod for the Cyma M3 spring shotgun and it works incredibly well

@@davidlanglois677sadly I’m not familiar enough with the platform to give you a solid answer as this is not my gun, the best I can say is you’re fortunate enough to have both guns side by side with the internals, and see which parts are compatible, as far as I can tell though, the only major difference is the type of magazines they use. I prefer the sr24 cuz you don’t have to worry about losing bbs everytime you take the magazine out

that mofo makes me smile just like you. if you look at your video, your face turns to a crazy smile as soon as you reach to pick it up.LOL I have one as well and I do the same thing just thinking about it. did you know this is the only true 1:1 Mac they make. others are similiar but none is true to the original. do you have any issues with proper lubrication. they say and I have had problems with too much or not enough. the nozzle spring on mine fail and leave the nozzle unable to return all the way back. i am very lucky and have a brother who was smart enough to buy as many full auto guns before they were banned in 1986. only real steel full autos have to be registered as pre 1986. he has a Mac that we shot once and it was the coolest gun ive ever shot. better than his mp5 more fun because its so fast and spits 24" flames. this kwa feels exactly like the real one except its about 12-16 oz. lighter. the real one has so much recoil to shoot it like a pistol is difficult because it rises up so fast it very very difficult to stay on target after 5 rounds without correction you will always be above the target. this is the hands down most realistic EXPIRIENCE to using a real one. take how this feels doing a mag dump and multiply the feeling , the aggression and the joy by about 15. that's a lot but to truly understand how violent these things really were 15 times is reasonable to equate it. my kwa often doesn't empty a full mag before it runs out of gas. semi is decent for such a short barrel but it is so finicky. I have not replaced the nozzle system with upgraded parts yet so it doesn't always work after the first use once its fresh lubed and cleaned. im a kid from the 70'-80s so this has always been my favorite smg. your video was so informative with a great bit of detail because you have used enough to give a good idea of what someone should expect. I appreciate that. outstanding job. check out others if want to see the scale of other models. also Mac 10's are so different in size if your not familiar check out the difference and how awful the Mac 10 looks compared to this. again great video. thanks cheers

Glad you enjoyed my review! Yeah I realized there haven’t been a lot of reviews on this gem, so I figured I give it the proper respect it deserves. I’m almost scared to take it apart/shoot it too much cuz since there doesn’t seem to be a lot of aftermarket parts, I really don’t want to risk breaking this piece. Either way it’s a fun gun to shoot, even if it’s not the most accurate, but I’ll def try to play with this once I can get a tracer/tracer adapter for it 🔫💥☄️

@@MagicKnivesGaming you shouldn't be afraid to strip it down there's plenty of videos that show exactly how to how to do it and a little tips to help out as well as it should have come with a little bottle of lube use that lube and just kind of test it out starting with the small amounts just on the areas that it tells you to and if that doesn't you know keep it working good just add a little bit more the next time as long as you keep it lubed and clean it loves to shoot I wouldn't be worried about shooting it too much I'll try and look up the place where I found some aftermarket stuff for it and I'll see if I can send you a link

IMPORTANT UPDATE: The rear sight issue has been fixed. It was mainly due to not having the proper screw to hold down the rear sight; NO MODIFICATIONS REQUIRED. The V3 Glock 18c slide requires a M2.5x12mm phillip screw. You can find some on Amazon along with the nut as mentioned in the video.
