The Claude DeLange seems a bit smoother and maybe brighter at its peak. Almost a tiny bit of reverb. When closing out that phrase the lower notes at the end were also a bit smoother. The Soloist was good and the notes were true but the DeLange has something extra going on.

Никак не получается это перманентное дыхание, принцип знаю, на стакане с водой и трубочкой получается, а на инструменте никак, во время перехода звук падает и всё! У Вас вообще великолепно получается, идеально, гений просто!🎉

Sounds great. Really liking the French cut on clarinet. Jury is still out on whether it works for me for sax. However, wondering about manufacturing consistency. For both clarinet and sax I have run into French Cut reeds that collapse easily on pretty much any mouthpiece, whatever the resistance. Talking about #3.5 reeds on clarinet and #3.75 on sax. No way such reeds should be collapsing. I am using a #3.75 French Cut on clarinet, on a mouthpiece that normally takes a #3.5 Vandoren regular or V12 for me.

For those wondering this is the soprano saxophone, as opposed to the alto saxophone which you more often see, and tenor saxophone has a curved neck, the baritone saxophone has the neck on the side 🎷
