You've been together for 8 frickin years and that gives you every reason to try for another chance, maybe there's hope if she hasn't found a replacement yet, but tbh going through the same but after 6 months, feelings lost once don't return. At best she'd want to be friends, and you'd be hurting yourself more by doing that, even just to fulfill her lack of presence in your life. I'm not a professional, but if she has even little feelings left for you, there might be some hope. Otherwise just move on ASAP. Good luck

this reminds me of a girl that i was with,almost a year with complications bcs she would not belive me,and i was soo attached to her,i've been trying to hard to keep us and i know she loved me but she was soo naive and easy to manipulate,now im fighting with myself bcs i decided to move on but it's too hard

@@melisa.ithltel4834 the point is,that problem with her trust comes with her mother,bcs she is not allowing her to have anyone so she even not letting her get out,it was a forbidden love and i've been defeated at the end bcs i don't have more power and will to push forward, although i still love her but i cannot continue and she still thinks i cheated and all and that making it worse
