Years ago when I had pet dogs I was convinced there was something just a little bit odd about how relaxing I found the sound of them crunching and chewing their bones!!! - I never told a soul! , the thought of the whole world knowing would have been awfully embarrassing!!!! - but now - this is my nightly ritual before sleeping 😴😴😴😴😴.

Please see REMMINGTON's videos... Thank you. (Remmington was a thrown away puppy dog until we found each other.... He was in an ad to rehome and 3 days later dumped out on a busy highway. He was so afraid he hid in a big culvert, but trusted me enough to come to me. He was VERY scared and when I reached to touch him he yelped... He will never be homeless again. I love him dearly. Remmington is a Liver/Red Merle... and he tries so hard to be a good boy. PLEASE see all his silly videos... THANK You !! ) (We are new here.... only had this channel a few weeks.)

I'm doing just that right now! - I always thought there was something a bit wrong with me for finding the sound of a dog chewing and crunching on a bone incredibly soothing -its nice to know I am not alone!!

@@sophie-hm6mr All kidding aside, most people have never experienced anything akin to an extreme of dirty. I have. Quick story: I remember a hiking expedition I was on c. Aug 1987. My two friends, Myself, and my girlfriend at the time, were on the 2nd of a 3 mountain excursion (Raineer, Adams, St Helens). After being away from civilization for almost 2 weeks, and after several hours per day of HARD uphill hiking throughout, while carrying almost 40% of my bodyweight on my back, my clothes were literally plastered to my body, and had to be peeled off anytime I changed. When I was THAT icky, it was a genuine pleasure to be able to peel down in broad daylight, at 9,000ft elevation, while camped on a permanent snowfield, and take an outdoor airbath ... scrubbing away with handfuls of frozen sleet. Anyway, your quip triggered the nostalgic flashback. 😉

be aware of teeth fracture but other than that those cracking are so satisfying

That happened to my dog, fractured a tooth, so we had to stop giving him hard bones. My scalp was sad :( no more tingles from him chewing his bone

Is it safe for dogs to eat the whole bone?

Yes if it's raw. Cooked bone splinters so the raw bone is safe. Dogs have a different digestive system than humans that equips them with being able to eat raw bones and meat. Size matters though and I wouldn't give this size bone to a small dog.
