Do you fillet it or steak it? Do you soak it in milk overnight? Thanks p.s. I'm still a bit leary. A shark that size is strong and quick. It's like holding two chainsaws. You did great.

Don't let your crabs be upside down. It kills them and the toxins released make them inedible even if on ice.

How do I tell if mines a 50wa or a 50w ? And what’s the difference between the 2 ? Thank you
@Nerocaratic3 ай бұрын
The “A” is indicative of it being the second generation of Tiagra reels. The first gen had a metal handle and no holes on the drag plate. (A ratcheting feature that prevents the drag backing off due to boat vibration) The “W” represents that it is a wide model. And if you were wondering what a “lrs” or “wlrs” model is, it stands for “long range special” This means you have a more aggressive drag increase/curve than the standard model of the same size.

No way, josé! In many countries (most of civilized countries) you are forbidden to cut a fish like that until arriving to land. you are entitled to degut a fish, but not to remove the head or tail, you must keep the full length of the body as long the fish is inside the boat.

@BigGags2 жыл бұрын
That's true for most fish here in Australia (Victoria) but for sharks they are measured from the last gill to the base of the tail and so even with their head cut off they can still be checked by fishery inspectors to ensure they are above the legal limit (which for example is 45 cm from last gill to base of tail for a gummy shark (in Victoria anyway)).
