Hi! It is unlikely to see the snow fall in the downtown already in the last week of March. In the description, I added a link to another video taken on April 6, 2024. I hope you can imagine what it looks like in late March to early April. Aside from Hokkaido, you might want to check out some ski resorts in Nagano or Niigata (but I'm not sure.)

According to the record, there was a snow fall in Kusatsu Onsen (hot spring) in Gunmma and some places in Nagano on March 21, 2024. Weather doesn't repeat itself. If I were to see the snow fall in early March 2025, I would go to Sapporo and keep my fingers crossed.

To see snow it is the best during the lunar new year holidays and the snow festival, but might be too cold and many tourists. In January before the lunar new year holidays it is not too cold and probably you can see much snow already by then.
