Sir one doubt When the pumb is achive 110 bar the relive is open and release the preure but again the presure is go through 110 so how to stop tha pump and how to restart the pump
@mastermechanicaldesign
@mastermechanicaldesign 7 сағат бұрын
When pressure hit 110 bar, pressure relive valve opens and release up to 10 bar (depending on relief adjustment) and will keep releasing this extra pressure to maintain line pressure around 100 bar. so, you don't need to stop the pump. and restart again. until it required. you can think of hydraulic pressure relief valve as pneumatic pressure regulator, always try to keep maintain set pressure in line.

Just to add to the confusion, there is also BSPP cone seat (as opposed to BSPP flat seat) 😰 It's used in hydraulic application where a super strong seal (metal against metal) is needed. This type of cone seat is not used in BSPT since as you mentioned at 8:25, BSPT is rarely seen in hydraulic application and is rather used in low pressure application. There is also the fact that BSPT is not reusable alike BSPP since once you screw the fittings together, if you unscrew them, you would have to screw them back together even deeper due to the alterations of the threads the first time you fitted them together. And you might not have these extra threads available. It's a whole world of confusion 😭

37:57 If we do not give the vertical relaxation here , that we can use this mechanism in horizontal actuator without backlash. i mean there no need to rotate some angle the ball screw to start the plate sliding. Am i correct. i am expecting a answer from you brother. thank you for the excellent video series.

Why you didn't consider the air resistance on the goods being transported we need to quantify that's as well otherwise it won't work properly
@mastermechanicaldesign
@mastermechanicaldesign 18 сағат бұрын
Good suggestion!! but as these factors are very hard to quantify so we consider some FOS over there on motor capacity.

Dear sir , I have a question while selecting a motor with gear box from company configurator what should be the torque we considered as input ?is it 53.92 NM or either we have to multiply with FOS 1.5 . Please Reply i am working on it .
@mastermechanicaldesign
@mastermechanicaldesign 5 күн бұрын
Yes, we should consider FOS, if FOS is not considered in configurator during calculation.
