Why do so many EP speakers lack executive presence themselves? They sound like they’re reading a speech off a document, which is the opposite of EP

Good interview. But the interviewer could show more respect by wearing a shirt and being shaved.

The speaker should stick to the topic and avoid the blatant sexism. Attacking the qualifications one gender wholesale, while subjectively justifying and applauding that the other gender is more likely to be hired, is unbecoming and should be disqualifying for anyone wishing to speak on this topic. Given the speaker's obvious emotional bias, questions arise as to where her data come from and whether her conclusions represent reality or what she wishes to be reality.

Produce the same results as a man, and I doubt anyone would have a problem with paying you an equal salary. It's not about your sex, your education, your age, how long you've been with the company. Business is about producing results. If you can't produce results, then stay home, grab a beer and cry into it.
