my FMA broke after 90 days. just stopped working. also, the batteries keep falling out of place, you have to cushion it when placing them otherwise the fan will stop mid game. also the lenses scratch very easily. After like 5 games and you can't see shit. Not talking about BB scratches. Just for being in a bag and it scratches and you can't see shit. Not well built, very weak plastic. I changed for a different system. While I use prescription glasses, I use labor protection grade goggles. They are certified by your local laws that can hold heavy and very energic particles (many many joules - way beyond any airsoft game or even lead projectiles of air carbines). And for fog, I use a system called ZeroFog, based on ExFog. Since I use cheap (but much more reliable, tested labor goggles), I can simply change the goggles for a brand new one if the lenses scratch too much and keep the ZeroFog. Much better and reliable system. I heard horror stories of people believing these cheap chinese plastics and having BBs hitting inside the goggle, very near the eye or even THE eye. You only have 2 eyes. Those lenses are not certified for nothing. Dont mess around. Use only certified labor grade individual protection equipment goggles. And for fog: ExFog (in my case ZeroFog). Case closed.

Very well made but on the other side this design is not even close to the original or the aluminum Phoenix model. You can look around and will not find any good reviews, there is so many adjustments and even adding the stainless rings the air gap can’t be fixed and the Dwell cannot be adjusted so the joule and fps will suck

@@XDONmanX hi apologies for the late reply I must of missed the message. I think I have it so will check and let you know. The down side is you will need a donor Allen key to trim off and glue in both the adjuster knob and the hop unit. Sounds daunting to glue it in position on the hop but worked a treat. I have seen someone use a 2 pence piece with a hold drilled in it Allen key pressed in and then glued. He also added texture on the edge to adjust. Looked cool.

@adventureairsoft6 ай бұрын
@@robtxx336 pre cocking is a setting on the gun that puts the piston on pre firing position as if pre cocked so it fores quicker. With the 11.1v it needs to be on setting 1 standard from factory or at the most 2. If you have it on anything else up to 5 it has problems on single shot or burst reverting to full auto. To help wtih routing the hoses, I put it through some shrink tube because thats what i had around , and i cut a thin strip of velcro that was glued to the shrink tube, and put that shrink tube on the side of the helmet above the mounts and it routes it great, without kinking, and its just a cleaner setup, because if you use the elastic straps its going to compress the tubes. Hope it helps. Kind of hard to picture it, heated up the shrink tube and its a perfect kink-less setup.
