This was my first time being aware of this a conference, and I would like to thanks Joe Lewis for making me aware of the event. I think its a way to touch on some issues within communities from a citizen's perspective as well. I think its imperative that we find ways to keep good communities in good health, but even more importantly to repair broken communities. Lastly, I think Body Cameras solved a lot of issues that existed with bad actor officers, ad well as officers that tolerated and hide the misdeeds of cops that are unethically out of control. So many times officers of the court have an advantages that citizens aren't able to sway the courts without physical proof. Overall cameras and social media has helped Police Depts solve a lot of criminal activity, but we all need to come to the realization that all of us have been conditioned, and as stated it start with the image in the mirror.
