Damn that was a real rookie mistake , well im glad u fix it and its all sorted out in the end. =) Remember scooters on the streets avoid u when u crossing ...cars dont , so keep a close eye on the cars. Getting around is easy with apps like grab or similar (there are 5-6 different)and the local busses And avoid all "tourist" things and tourist restaurants most are pure scams and ridiculous expensive Try to" get lost" in this wonderful city and explore different districts, u can always use google maps google translate and take a grab scooter/taxi home to the hotel get a nice haircut and beard trim and let them pamper u, its dirt cheap same with clothes' and shoes
