I love the OG series it's a shame when I look online and the metal whatever series fans act like that was the start of game, when rather the metal garbage was the start of beyblades getting simplified and boring the OG stuff was so cool and complex

Only thing that held the hms series back was that we didn’t have a whole lot of options back then. They were so cool and way more powerful than the plastics. We were breaking our plastic beys in battles lol

Where to buy this kind of beyblade?

Man use draciel F and put more defense balls (in the 4 holes).....became literally invincible...

I actually have that when i was 5 and i broke it i battle it with rock lion and it broke when i launch it 5 times amd it broke i think its in my room

What's your favorite Dragoon beyblade? I personally think Dragoon V2 and Dragoon GT are my favorite. But V is also great. I've a great appreciation for the F spin gear beyblades

wouldn't rubber tips allow the beyblade to stick to the stadium more? That way high recoil attacks don't launch the attacker as much as the defender

Just got my draciel F tonight, it’s incredible and slaps around my other few plastic gen beys I got with it

You can also put 4 more metal balls to increase it's defense.

The Takara version came with a small tub of oil where you could pour it into the spin gear where the metal ball is and reduce the friction even further

Ok I noticed a few issues with some info in this video (I’ll be speaking mainly for MfB since I don’t have much experience with plastic gen and burst kinda screwed over the viability of defense types later on.) 1:40 Ideally with a defense type you shouldn’t be aiming for a KO on an attack type unless you’re going for an anti-attack build 2:01 Defense types should not aim for high recoil except for certain anti-attack builds. Ideally you should be reducing your recoil as much as possible by using round wheels/blades like Earth (mfb) or Kaiser Kerbeus (burst) or using upward tapering wheels on low tracks like Bakushin or Rock 3:04 if you’re aiming to play defense you should actually be using rubber tips such as RS,RB,CS,wornRSF or RDF more than plastic tips. Especially in the case you showed with Jade Jupiter. Jade kinda needs the extra grip from RB to survive against other 4D attack types since Jade is already so lightweight and doesn’t have many good defensive properties, so by giving it WB you’re further increasing the KO risk in exchange for giving it mediocre at best stamina. The reason Jade isn’t a good defensive bey isn’t because of RB, but because of the Jade wheel’s light weight and higher recoil. The rest of the video is mostly ok
