Hello, i was also stuck in gold/plat for a while, the best advice i could give u is to take like 2 days off and try to reflect on ur gameplay (aim to find mistakes) by doing so ur gameplay will naturally start improving little by little also focus on self improvement rather than ur teammates cuz at the end of the day u cant control them one of the things that seemed so little but helped my game sense so much is to always fish out information from the map ( both my teammates position and the enemy's) also at the beginning of every round i'd press tab not to check KD but to track my teams economy and the enemy's as well as ult points it helps u anticipate how they might play the next round,and one last thing everything takes time so it might take sometime to see results just try to be consistent and it'll eventually work out, i know that was a lot of yapping but i wish u gl, hope this might help❤

I don't understand why it's so hard to just listen. Think about doing what your teammates say so you can win. So many times I have made callouts that have saved the round because my teammate listened. As viewers we generally can have more knowledge since we can pay attention to everything: your util, the map, how many bullets you have, the time, etc. Its almost always better to listen to your teammates since they have that extra knowledge.
