Another way to do this is to take food coloring, corn syrup, and chocolate syrup. This creates a thick and very realistic blood, but it only works for skin, as it would stain cloths.

now that they've eliminated the sale of plastic bags, these crafts are going to be more difficult to figure out. IN my state, stores can't provide plastic bags anymore.

Maybe a ballon would work out better for you, although that way would be hollow inside unless you stuff the balloon somehow

I love FPP . I do not pin when paper piecing. A dot of temporary glue (Aleen’s) will hold in place hold it in place. Once the first two pieces are sewn on I just flip the two up to break the hold. I found this keeps everything in place.
