Oh goodness they might have it. I’ve learn not only junipers are hosts. They are definitely the most common but there are others. Sometimes it’s in the form of a rust and sometimes it does other odd things too. Right now I have an Asian pear tree which I’m pretty sure has a Gaul with the pear. It has the same tentacles in the fruit…not orange though. I also have some things hit with rust which I know is how this sometimes impacts other plants. I have a grape vine with a bad case of rust. Ehhh it’s not fun. It is amazing and incredible…but now I’m looking forward to the other side of it. After the video I discovered several junipers with Gauls. Not all had as many Gauls as the video juniper but it is widespread here on my property.

I have used it later in the season and it does still work. It is recommended to spray early in the season. There are a lot of details on the packaging about how to spray. If the vegetation is thick it may be harder to get the product into the soil. That is what stops the seeds in the ground from growing. I hope that makes sense:)

That’s a great question hopefully someone knows! When I bought mine it seems like anything could be used. Though the instructions did really make you have to drawn conclusions.

It could stop functioning if it is very low from lack of pressure. There are some variables that could also impact something along these lines such as the temperature outside. Also worth noting the gauge wouldn’t be 100% accurate either. Often tanks will be empty and maybe still show a couple percent.

I’ve never tried a vegetarian option for this recipe. I imagine you could use a vegan sausage link but would probably need more oil…since the vegan sausage wouldn’t have as much naturally.

It is an absolute challenge to get primed especially the first time! That’s why I avoid running it empty and having to prime it🙃. I have another video about this sprayer and in the comments of that video I remember telling someone what my husband had to do for that first prime in order to get it to work. I don’t remember what that was but if you go to that video and look at the comments it shouldn’t be too hard to find. Thanks for commenting:)

Everyone has different feelings on expiration dates or best by dates😊. I don’t worry about them too much…but generally give more consideration when dealing with refrigerated meats…frozen meat doesn’t concern me. To each their own thoughts and opinions🥰

Maybe I’m not remembering correctly what I said in the video. But…for me when I accidentally had it turned to bypass (the hose slid across the knob and turned the dial to bypass) my concentrate tank was slowly incorporated into my water tank causing quite the mess.

I thought the sample option was a great way to trial the different patterns and the feel!

Someone did tell me there was an economy line with Liberty. It was plain but the same quality. I am thankful they are made in the USA and flatware that will last! I just hate buying things to just turn around and replace them🙃

So far the flatware still looks great and we do use it heavily. I could really use some more smaller spoons and forks…everyone just favors them and doesn’t like to use the larger ones. So, I’ve been contemplating buying more teaspoons and salad forks…but the expense has been holding me back. Eventually I most likely will bite the bullet and purchase more!

I have not tried that but I’m loving the idea! I will do some experimenting with this!

Yeah I was thinking since you have to preheat to 180 you could heat jars while preparing another question why do you have to preheat

The reason is because if you are adding hot liquids it can cause the jar to crack…not always but the quick temperature change of the glass can result in a crack. It can even happen with heating the jars first but it less common. There are some times where you “cold pack” a jar everything is then cold/room temp and everything warms together but that can only be used for certain situations. I hope that helps:)

I’m sorry for misunderstanding 🙃. I believe it is so the jars and everything is close to steaming temperature. With water bath canning you also have your water pretty close to temperature before you are inserting the jars. I absolutely love steam canning! There are so many advantages over a water bath canner. I hope you enjoy it too:)
