Excellent, quick review. I purchased this lens for my R6MKII. I’m not trying to shoot a wedding with it. It was a cheap little lens I can easily travel with and just snap pictures. Most reviews on it are fair, it’s the hater comments that miss the lens’s purpose. An affordable, compact lens that does what it was priced to do.

Hi, I also have this camera and the flash indicator didn't turn on. What liquid did you use to clean the battery compartment? Thank you! Also, why did you cover the film window with tape? I'm new with analog camera😅

Hi, the liquid I used to clean the battery terminals was isopropyl alcohol 90 percent, it’s electronic safe. The reason I covered the rear window with tape was to prevent light leaks which will damage the film inside, pre exposing it. These windows are notorious for doing so and the light seal around the window has deteriorated.
