I've been looking into getting one of those for my shop I'd prefer a wood stove but a diesel heater will be a lot easier to set up.

I used to comment on this channel regularly, but 13 months ago decided to stop postiing on youtube almost completely. I was happy to see that I could support the channel again through the membership. Thanks for all the knowledge you are sharing. I really enjoy seeing what you are workiing on.

They can still run and cut fairly well after all these years. Good job, I know you enjoyed the challenge.

Wish I had a sxl for my collection! The membership thing doesn't except my Direct express card or a pre paid card so I can't join anyone's! Really sucks because I miss out on so much stuff!

I just put my 25 pro4x to the test today hauling some 3x3x8 hay bales. They were roughly 1,200lbs each and I hauled 5 (evenly distributed) plus the weight of my trailer which is around 2,000lbs. While I only had to go 8 miles, I was shocked at how well the Frontier handled it. First off, I wasn’t lacking power at all and the truck didn’t feel remotely overloaded even though it was close to max payload. Tongue weight was my biggest concern which I was surprised when the first bale was loaded on the front of the trailer that the truck didn’t really change stance at all. When the second bale was loaded up front the truck simply leveled out from front to back. This little truck is far more capable than it gets credit for! I’d say for reasonable towing for a truck this size, the biggest limitation is braking.

Came from a 21 ranger, and although the ranger had a lot more low end torque, I'm finding the 3.8 a much better engine for towing, in June we towed out travel trailer from Edmonton Alberta the chewelah Washington, was impressed, 600 miles each way, got crappy mileage from Edmonton to Calgary ( you can't go show was doing 75mph) but Calgary to chewelah and back to Calgary managed 16l/100km(14.5mpg) which isn't bad at all, better than the 21 ranger, although in some of the mountain passes at high elevation was a workout for truck to pass slower traffic, but it did it These trucks are pretty decent off road even in stock configuration, think it's gonna get a tire upgrade this summer.. Just not sure what tho.. So many good options
