Did you skip the part where you need wifi to register? Or do you need wifi? I ask because im very far from wifi access over 100km here in Thailand i dont want to have to purchase wifi just to fly a drone

Appreciate the intel! Although I'm from the US and I'm a bit confused. If I have a remote with video transmision capable of miles of separation, why am I concerned with VLOS? If I wanted to limit myself to VLOS, I'd have bought a kite.

What happens when your video feed drops out? It happens. Per FAA law you must maintain visual line of sight without the waiver. The fines are not worth the risk.

@@DroneNerds 2 years of flying and I've never actually watched my drone flying. I landed it on top of a 30 story building downtown Phoenix and lost signal. When I entered the lobby and informed them that my property was on their roof, they informed me that the building is owned by the US military. They retrieved my drone and sent me on my way. Who exactly are these drone police that I need to be concerned with?

I can link the RC to drone but it won’t allow me to bind! Uggh. Please help. When I click Bind to aircraft, it scrolls forever and eventually says cannot bind.

Too crazy for who? This drone is a replacement for the mavic 3 enterprise and thermal. Most people who would buy those drones can buy this one.

Looks like a Mavic shell, but with proprietary tech, correct? If dji is banned, will yall be putting out options to fill the gap for hobbyists, photography and fpv flyers? At the moment these 2 drones the raptor and raptor T are the only ones in the works. If DJI gets banned I believe Anzu plans to come out with lower priced consumer drones.

These are not DJI's drones just rebranded, they are unique to ANZU. It is licensed technology, manufactured in a way that they may look similar, but they are not just rebranded. ANZU is a great American based company operating on US based servers with ALOFT. Thanks for watching!!!

There's nothing wrong with a re branded DJI drone. The only problem with DJI drones is the brand and Anzu has resolved that issue. Better yet, they removed the geoffense😊

Love that it will be US based, but it’s still more expensive than the DJI versions. Especially when people already own a DJI drone. I get why the US wants to ban DJI, but it’s coming at a cost of screwing the consumer.

You have to keep in perspective the scale DJI sells. They get so much product they can sell cheaper due to scale. ANZU is a smaller company, making some incredible leaps for the US consumer if the ban goes through. You can't only compare price. The flight software is top notch and ANZU is US based.

Yeah, but people that already own a DJI drone are getting the worse of it. Not sure if it’s possible or not, but why not just have an option to change the network of our current DJI drones (assuming the ban goes through). Send it in and change out the connection or whatever it would be to make it what the raptor is. It’s literally a clone, so it shouldn’t hard to swap software or update it to be US based like the Raptor.

@@NathanPhillipsPhoto I don't see how this affects people who already own DJI. This is just a new drone on the market to fill part of the void that will be created if DJI is banned. BTW From what I understand if DJI does get banned this company plans to come out with lower price consumer drones. This first release is just a replacement for the Mavic 3 enterprise and thermal.

@@NathanPhillipsPhoto Currently owned drones wouldn't be affected and maybe not even current models that are on the market. If the FCC bans new licenses that would prevent new models from being released. I can't imagine that they would retroactively outlaw products that are already in service

Simple… US worker demands $50 per h. Chinese worker GETS $1 per day! But hey! let’s bring jobs back to America BUT a huge cost to consumers and companies (CCP’s heavily subsidized economy protects DJI). No science here man, people will ALWAYS shop for price no matter where it’s from as Walmart has all too well shown us all. Oh and by they way, the color choice for that drone is terrible! I mean what the fuck!?

ANZU is a much smaller company. DJI has scale to their advantage and you really need to put into perspective what ANZU is doing for the US and what other companies are out there doing the same thing, and what those cost. The software development alone is very expensive. It's a step in the right direction.

Basically they lobbied to have the gov take out the competition under the guise of “national security” aka “if anyone’s gonna spy on our citizens, it’s gonna be us!” So now they’re making up for the business they never had thanks to dji.

Just got my t50. What have you found to be the best flight parameters for the fastest, most efficient spraying? With the t30 Ive always sprayed at a rate of 2GPA, 9.8ft height, and 23ft/sec but I'm interested to see your input on the t50
