Long live Marcus Mosiah Garvey (17 August 1887 - 10 June 1940), prominent Jamaican political activist, publisher, and journalist. Best known for founding the Universal Negro Improvement Association and African Communities League (UNIA-ACL) on July 15, 1914! Garvey was a staunch advocate for black nationalism and Pan-Africanism, promoting the idea of a unified Africa and encouraging people of African descent to take pride in their heritage. He also launched several businesses, including the Black Star Line, a shipping company aimed at facilitating the return of African Americans to Africa. Despite facing legal challenges and being deported from the United States in 1927, Garvey's influence on the civil rights movement and black empowerment was profound! An excellent orator, to this day, his speeches are legendary.

The whole world needs to keep themselves safe from Americans. Joe Biden tried, they couldn’t appreciate that so we are here now. Thank you Hon. Mottley for being a light in the world.
