Thanks for this honest review of recovery. I am due surgery soon for a congenital issue that causes sudden death ( I’m 51 just diagnosed after Christmas). TBH not looking forward to giving up my active life (sailing channel) & independence. Had broken collarbone ( 1st try snow tubing 😂😂) 3 years ago so have some idea what to expect. My husband is freaking out about the stopping of my heart. I’m more worried about not restarting it 😂😂

So was something done to the clutch on the 650 max model?

Nope, just added the Crytids. I was surprised how well rode.

Would love to have a 1000 twin cylinder machine, but I just can't bring myself to getting a CVT... never been a fan of CVT.

I live in Michigan and sleds got less than 2 weeks last year, and maybe 2 weeks of good powder this year? An awful big waste for the other 50 weeks in the year.

Great video, really enjoyed the ride with you! I just bought a 2024 model, base version, same color. Do you still have it and how has it held up over the years, and how many miles are you getting on a tank of gas? 👍
@ADVENTURESThisWay8 күн бұрын
Unfortunately no. It was in a significant crash but I was able to drive out out of the bush! They are tough units!!

Hi. I just did surgery about 2 weeks ago. Got home 7 days after and atarted walking everyday and now I can reach 5 km in 70 menits. I would like to know if what will happen to my sternum after driving while surgery just completed 2,5 weeks ago. Although so far I feel good, no pain. Does any one have same experience?
@ADVENTURESThisWay19 күн бұрын
Shouldn't drive for at least 6 weeks...that's great.to hear, keep up with the walks it's about all I was allowed to do for a while

Put braches under the tires, stack them up for traction.

I had my aortic root replaced two months ago. I actually feared the recovery worse than the surgery. Maybe it's because I work in Heath care. Turned out, that yes, the recovery sucks. The dreaded sneeze or the cough. Past that now. I'd say I'm 90%. The last 10% will take time

Glad to hear you are on the mend. After the 3 month mark I felt so much better, like myself again.

The Aztex are more if a pure mud tire. The MT 911 ride smoother. Can't go wrong with either one.

I just put these on my 2024 outlander 700 xmr and they rip. I was going through stuff that outlander 1000 was getting stuck in(he was mad) only thing I had to do was run 2” spacers all the way around. So far I love them. The price I wasn’t expecting that. I never ran the factory tires on the new 700xmr

God Bless you sir. I'm on my 11th week post cabg x 3. Was in the hospital for 17 days because of A fib. Chest is still soar. Have had not one ounce of rehab yet, hopefully that will start soon. I'm 70 years old and still swing a hammer everyday since I'm in construction. Really not ready to stop building homes. Did not have a heart attack. Just felt bad for the past 3 years and it seemed right to go visit a doctor to see what was happening. Hope you're still doing well. Merry Christmas
@ADVENTURESThisWayАй бұрын
I hope your recovery continues to go well. I'm doing great 👍. Wow that was a long time to be cooped up in the hospital.
