When did this show air? Do you know the dates? I grew up in a Techbuilt home outside Pittsburgh, PA, which was built in early 1956. I never knew it was such a popular design, or that there had been a show about it. Now, I'm wondering if my father and mother were motivated by this show. Thank you for your help. You brought a thrill to my heart, and reminded me of my youth.

You can see our price list on the WarmForm web site - www.warmform.com - and compare the center foam cost to your local sources. We are happy to have you get your center foam locally, but we offer it customers that don't have ready access to a supply.

prefab panels are a great idea, but I question the 2 hour time from foundation to placing the walls. Driving nails by hand is slow. The cost should be a greater saving than 27% over a U.S. constructed house.

1st. Theres no way to built those prefab houses in just one day. 2nd "to the refugee camps in Ethiopia"? Think the writer never visit a refugee camp in Ethiopia. I did.

why is that? In terms of construction it looks the same, is it better materials?

In 1989 Swedes were using 8" exterior walls and here we are in 2018 where walls are supposed to be minimum R-20 effective value (entire wall assembly, not just stud cavity batts) and I have yet to see a code compliant house but they somehow pass inspection, downright embarrassing.

I found this video because I produce and host a television show in Maine called "Spotlight on Seniors." Paul Kando is coming on the show tomorrow to discuss solar energy and creating a comprehensive energy plan in Maine. Paul is now a very sharp 80-year old, brilliant, lively and engaging, doing very important work as an activist in Maine, and is very well-respected by our local smart-minded state politicians.

I never thought i would find this video. My old house i lived in as a kid shows up at 7.42. It's funny to see how it's built. And the house is so beautiful today. :)
