giving is love, if you have a personal r/ship with God, you will know when to give and when not to give. Even When everyone gives, the feeling of guilt when money is talked about is normal and human but remember the things of God are understood and done in Spirit so one has to reach that place of spiritual maturity where by you can say no to your flesh desire to give not because God has spoken but because everyone is giving. Another thing has to why money is over talked about in church is because, most church people don't actually give much! they're just a small notes that don't mount to much. Like you said, Muslims are more givers than Christians so it is with giving in church.
