Cool video, what do you think about Amino acid supplements?
@FalafalGrease4 ай бұрын
I can do 100 of them, but I cut it back down to 50 because some days the gym is only open for a certain amount of time

200g of protein what are u 200lbs?
@mohk2008 Жыл бұрын
False: protein will make you gain weight if you do not work out, and 200g is fucking overkill. This is from experience
@aljonborabo0801 Жыл бұрын
200 is not overkill, daily protein intake depends on your bodyweight and goal. I would say 200 is close to average per day for an average human withaverage amount of exercise
@vd1721 Жыл бұрын
Protein is not an energy source. Fat and carbs are and if eaten in However Fat and protein are also used for a variety of systems. Hormones , ligaments , skin and yes muscle. Carbs are only energy to the body that’s it. So they will be used for energy or stored. Not all calories are built the same

True, if you don't work out while eating all that protein, you're gonna get fat.

Good vidéo, subbed.👍 I'd just like to comment, in the context of us getting an abundance of carbs and sugar nowadays it is indeed our primary source of energy (as our body is trying to get rid of it asap) but definitely not the preferred, healthy fuel source. Those delicious carbs are detrimental, so sad... :(

I loved the work so much. I've been trying to look for a video like yours that really explains everything in this KZbin video. The part at 1:25 is super helpful. Your video really is like the content from Dr. Ethan! Ethan's videos are educational and I really learned a lot for my finals! He is a great Doctor in the UK! I suggest you check his page out and give the doc a like! 👉 #DrEthanCare
