Uuuuum I did a quick valsava while lying down due to aggravation of PVCs (that I have daily, but not as often as some days, such as today) due to intercourse. It immediately resolved my arrhythmia, but I also immediately felt like I couldn't breathe well, so I sat up and hunched by back (like a lazy seated position) and suddenly had the most agonizing back pain. Not during sitting up, but a few moments after. My newly graduated doctor (my old one is leaving practice due to retirement) always says I'm "fine," but I've been hospitalized for afib a few times, and for various cardiac issues such as STROKE level BP, that doctors always confirm, give medication for in the er, and say "talk to your doctor." Well this new doctor will not listen to me/thinks because I'm so young (I'm 34, female), and so fit looking (I exercise as tolerated on low-arrythmia days and eat a very balanced diet), that I MUST be okay. Not with my family history, my own mile-high history of cardiac issues that are well-documented and very much happening, often, I'm not okay. What can I do? Find a new PCP? Request a referral to a cardiologist? This is really affecting my life; to the point it causes dizziness so bad at times that I can't drive, or play with my children the way I would like to participate on bad heart days. It's very real, and it is not in my head. Feel really let down and pushed aside with some very serious and valid health concerns.

My knees are numb with pins and needles but only knees. This has been going on for 3 days. I also have gastroparisis and take Phenergan for flares.
