False, there is no job for dentists in Spain. I’m doing my degree in Madrid and my friend can’t get a good job. They are paying like 1.200€ per month to 3000€ if you don’t have your clinic. There are too many dentist there

For bad breath you should use tongue cleaner along with brushing and also do salt + warm water rinses after every meal for a week, toothpaste will not make a huge difference in your bad breath

rule no 1 never follow fittuber he is not a doctor and for his village concerned followers he alwats posts negative content against brands which is not right even for men face wash, he said that don’t use chemical face wash. Don’t use this and that, but there are certain chemicals which are needed for a face wash or the shampoo to treat the specific problem. Companies are not mad that they will not research and they will use chemicals, but this guy he is no doctor. He’s no scientist, but he will always abuse brands and people think like oh wow, he’s such a great guy.

@rohittiwari646112 күн бұрын
@@imyours777Lol, if anything becomes normal that doesn't mean we should normalise them, some chemicals are harmful means they are harmful, & he always told that this things harmful in the long run (20-30years) not in short term so better to change it now. & Remeber brands are for their buisness so they can promote what they want & everyone slowly normalise it, this is called soft influencing. Maybe you guys are promoting some trash brands just for money.
@kaulmiki23Ай бұрын
Dont use floride toothpaste if u want ur teeth. Or later you'll be paying lakhs of money for fake teeth to these so called doctors. 😂😂 This is buisness. Dentists are not doctors
@DentoWoman27 күн бұрын
Thanks for your concern, but let's clear a few things: Dentists *are* doctors with years of education and training, dedicated to keeping people healthy. As for fluoride, it’s backed by decades of science for preventing cavities-unless you prefer dental problems? Also, fake teeth cost way more than *lacks*. But hey, if misinformation makes you feel better, we’ll save you a spot for that ‘business’ appointment in the future!

Combining traditional dental care practices with modern science offers a holistic approach to oral hygiene. Traditional methods, often rooted in Ayurveda, can enhance oral health naturally, while modern science validates and complements these practices. Below is a detailed guide: --- 1. Morning Ritual - Oil Pulling Traditional Practice: Oil pulling involves swishing oil (typically sesame or coconut oil) in the mouth for 10-20 minutes, usually on an empty stomach. Scientific Basis: Oil pulling reduces harmful bacteria like Streptococcus mutans, which cause plaque formation, gum diseases, and cavities. Sesame oil contains antimicrobial and antioxidant properties, while coconut oil has lauric acid, which helps reduce inflammation and bacteria. How to Perform: Take 1 tablespoon of oil (cold-pressed sesame or virgin coconut oil). Swish gently for 10-20 minutes without swallowing. Spit it out (do not swallow as it contains toxins) and rinse with warm water. Follow up by brushing your teeth. Benefits: Detoxifies the mouth. Prevents plaque build-up and tooth decay. Strengthens gums and freshens breath. --- 2. Drinking or Pulling Warm Water After Every Meal Traditional Practice: Warm water is sipped or pulled around the mouth after meals to cleanse the oral cavity. Scientific Basis: Washing the mouth with warm water helps remove food debris, food acids, and lingering digestive enzymes (like amylase) that could erode enamel. Unlike cold or sugary beverages, warm water does not shock the teeth and supports natural oral pH balance. How to Perform: Drink a small amount of warm water after every meal. Gently swish it around your mouth for a few seconds before swallowing or spitting out. Benefits: Cleanses teeth and gums. Prevents bacterial growth by removing food traces. Protects tooth enamel and avoids acid-related erosion. --- 3. Avoiding Refined Sugars and Processed Foods Traditional Practice: Ayurveda emphasizes consuming natural, unprocessed foods to prevent oral and overall health issues. Scientific Basis: Refined sugars feed bacteria like S. mutans, leading to acid production that damages enamel and causes cavities. Processed foods contain additives and acids that harm teeth and gums. Tips: Replace refined sugar with natural alternatives like jaggery, honey (in moderation), or dates. Include fibrous fruits and vegetables that cleanse teeth naturally (like apples, carrots, and celery). Drink water instead of sugary beverages. Benefits: Reduces plaque build-up and cavities. Strengthens enamel through saliva stimulation. Promotes overall oral and gut health. --- 4. Using Cloves at Night Traditional Practice: Keeping cloves in the mouth, especially near problematic teeth, reduces inflammation and tooth pain. Scientific Basis: Cloves contain eugenol, a natural analgesic and antibacterial compound that relieves pain and combats oral infections. It helps maintain saliva flow and freshens breath. How to Use: Place one or two whole cloves in the mouth (between the teeth or on the tongue) before sleeping. Allow the natural juices to mix with saliva. Discard in the morning. Benefits: Reduces toothache and gum inflammation. Prevents bacterial growth overnight. Freshens breath naturally. --- 5. Using Herbal Tooth Powders Traditional Practice: Herbal tooth powders, like dant manjan or homemade mixtures, have been used for centuries in India for dental care. Scientific Basis: Herbal powders contain ingredients like neem, turmeric, clove, salt, and charcoal, which have antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, and tooth-whitening properties. Example Recipe: Ingredients: Neem powder, turmeric powder, clove powder, and fine salt (1:1:1:½ ratio). How to Use: Wet your brush or finger, apply a small amount of powder, and massage teeth and gums gently. Benefits: Removes stains and plaque naturally. Strengthens gums and reduces sensitivity. Acts as an antimicrobial agent to prevent infections. --- 6. Tongue Cleaning Traditional Practice: Tongue scraping using a copper or stainless steel scraper is an integral part of oral hygiene in Ayurveda. Scientific Basis: Removes the accumulation of Ama (toxins) and food debris on the tongue, which harbor bacteria and cause bad breath. How to Perform: Use a tongue scraper in the morning after brushing and oil pulling. Scrape gently from back to front 7-10 times. Benefits: Reduces bad breath. Prevents oral bacterial overgrowth. Enhances taste perception and digestion. --- 7. Chewing Medicinal Sticks (Datun) Traditional Practice: Using sticks from neem, babool, or liquorice for chewing and brushing. Scientific Basis: These sticks contain natural antimicrobials, and their fibrous texture acts as a natural toothbrush. How to Use: Select a fresh stick, chew one end to soften the fibers, and use it to brush teeth gently. Benefits: Strengthens teeth and gums. Reduces plaque and bad breath. Provides natural fluoride and antimicrobial agents. --- 8. Including Teeth-Strengthening Foods Traditional Practice: Diet plays a critical role in maintaining dental health. Scientific Basis: Calcium, phosphorus, and vitamins D and K are crucial for strong teeth and bones. Key Foods: Calcium: Milk, yogurt, paneer, sesame seeds. Phosphorus: Nuts, legumes, and whole grains. Vitamin D: Sun exposure, ghee, fatty fish. Vitamin K: Leafy greens, broccoli, and fermented foods. Benefits: Strengthens enamel and bones. Prevents tooth decay and gum recession. --- Modern Dental Practices to Combine 1. Regular Brushing: Use a soft-bristle toothbrush and fluoride toothpaste twice daily. 2. Flossing: Removes food debris from between teeth where a toothbrush cannot reach. 3. Dental Checkups: Visit a dentist every 6 months for cleaning and examinations. 4. Fluoride Application: Strengthens enamel and prevents cavities. --- Conclusion Combining traditional practices like oil pulling, warm water rinsing, and herbal remedies with modern dental care offers a balanced and effective approach to oral hygiene. By embracing natural solutions and maintaining modern oral care practices, you can ensure healthy teeth, gums, and overall well-being.

There could be many other reasons for mouth ulcers, it could be gut, your vitamin levels, allergy or a toothpaste. So please rule out other causes of oral ulcers before choosing a toothpaste. For sensitivity go with low RDA toothpaste, & SLS free toothpastes.
