I work with a DSP right now, and we have a deaf applicant who wants to work with us. Id love to have her come on board. The only thing Im not sure about is what to do if the DA needs to call the customer. Whats a work around for that?

I hope you hired her because that’s very simple. I’m Deaf too, I’m currently working as a DA at second company, and Ive always use the VP (video phone) if I need to call the customer, dispatcher and emergency. But, don’t Flex have text too? This is so sad that DSP think too hard about how can Deaf people do this and this when they could have asked DA that question.

@@tatyanarogers2084 you need to talk to your Human resource and ask for an exchange of their phone number then they can commutation with a text message or Dispatcher their ext number via message to each other. same as me like that
