Let me update you on Joey! He leaves this weekend to go to Northwestern Lineman College. He is doing so well and we couldn't be prouder of him. Thank you God for Heartlight!

The kids at heartlight are pushed to do videos like this and tell their transformation story. This video is actually of my daughter. she felt manipulated into doing this video and she and all of her friends went right back to their previous lives as soon as they left Heartlight. Heart light is a great respite for parents, but no real therapy or treatment happens there.

These kids have been through a lot I feel like you put them through more with your “Christian” organization. All you want is control and the fact you’re asking them questions you already know the answer to disgusts me. The way you paint this to look so perfect and hopeful encourages these parents to send them here and you’re going to make them resent their parents even if they won’t admit it

There’s no bad kids just bad decisions

I'm so proud of you. I don't even know you and I know that you're an amazing person! I knew you were going to say that you wanted to be a counselor, baby boy I believe with every ounce of my heart that you can do that! You seem very intelligent you're attractive you seem very confident I will be praying for you and I know that I'm not the only one. I have a 14-year-old boy and he is really going through some stuff so I am looking around everywhere for tips and advice on what to do with him. It's been very difficult for us. Watching kids like you be able to overcome adversity and be able to overcome problems real life stuff is just a real inspiration I thank you a million times I'm so proud of you I have much respect for you because of realizing that you had a problem and taking the steps to get it resolved and it's an ongoing thing you're always going to have the trauma there but with time we are granted the precious gift of knowledge and knowing how to deal with our issues. Thats so soo cool they get to use their imagination with an event that was fun for them. Maybe get some harnesses & have them climb trees. You can tell them they can get high naturally & the higher they get the closer they get to God. Did that with my nieces and nephews when they were around 10 years old.
